Bug reports, privacy questions, wrong copy, or a board that froze mid-game — email contact@tictacbase.com. We keep the address off the site footer on purpose so it only shows up when you meant to write. There is no phone desk and no chat widget.

Include the page URL, your browser (and phone vs desktop if it matters), mode (vs AI / 2 player / ultimate) and difficulty if relevant, and what you expected versus what happened. A short note beats a novel. Screenshots help when a Hint reason looks wrong or a win line will not clear.

What we can help with

• Game will not start, blank board, or AI Worker failed to load
• Hint that clearly contradicts a legal next move
• Difficulty levels that behave oddly (e.g. Impossible not defending a fork)
• Ultimate send-rule / mini-board claim bugs
• PWA install, offline cache, or Add to Home Screen issues
• Broken links, layout glitches on guide pages, accessibility issues
• Privacy or terms questions about local storage, analytics, or email you send us

What we cannot do

• App-store refunds, APK installs, or “sideload this package” support
• School firewall / filter bypass advice
• Recover a local score from another device or an old browser profile
• Host your clone, sell ranks, or certify a personal win streak
• Provide online multiplayer rooms or friend invite links
• Debug third-party extensions that inject scripts into the page
